Not firm. No cool gel cote.

I wanted to buy my hard working daughter a firm pillow to help her sleep better. This isn't the one. It's pretty squishy although it has a nice cover. I decided to keep this one. I'll still keep looking for her pillow

My go to pillow

Have a hard time with my neck needing to remain straight at night. This allows for back and side sleeping. A little firm at first, but it makes for a nice change to the softer ones. Very nice pillow if you want comfort that doesn't allow your neck to bend!

I bought two pillows and they are good... with the use they are loosing shape but overall they are good
