THEY SENT AN ITEM I DIDN’T ORDER!

Loved the picture of the ring so I ordered it. A few days later I received shipping confirmation emails from both Macy’s & Seree. On the Seree email instead of the ring they shipped out some ugly bracelet. Seree takes forever to reply back to emails but when they did they said the item was sold out so it’s on Macy’s for not taking the item off their website. Ok thats cool but you could’ve just cancelled the order instead of trying to trick me by sending out some random bracelet. I had to take time out of my day to ship it back, so unnecessary. Don’t order from this seller, you don’t know what you’ll get.
