Loved it while it worked
After 10 months of use, the thing is dead and now i have 2 wait for a replacement some time in December, its September ...kind of disappointing. I bought 2 around the same time hoping its just the one that goes bad. It's a great product but might try a different brand

Very disappointed!
I bought three diffusers. They’re all in the same room. I’ve tried three different scents and can’t smell any of them. I can barely smell them when standing directly over the mist coming out.

Turned Off On Its Own and Quality Issues
Just plugged my gift in and twice it has turned off even though I had it set on the1 hour timer. Also, the sticker for the remote to be removed was so strong that it pulled the face plate (sticker) off. Hour 1 and it already has issues.

Quit working after a little over a week.
Wife bought one a little over a week ago. Worked great, but stopped diffusing a day or two ago. Cleaned the tube and pickup. The air blows through, but it's not picking up the oil. It's the stock oils that came with it.

Pretty to look at
Sleek looking unit and fairly quiet. It is overpriced and could use some updates so you can tell when it's on and how many times the scent will trigger when using the timer function.

Breakdown easily
Received for Christmas 2023 and pump no longer works. Makes a noise and nothing comes out. Have to troubleshooting to find issue not have to call to see what they can do. Product was $ and shouldn't break within 1st year.

Based on the symptoms you’ve described (the pump making noise but no oil being diffused), it may be time to clean the unit. Sometimes, residue from the oil can build up and affect performance. Here are the steps to clean your SereneScent diffuser: 1. Fill a clean bottle with 90% isopropyl alcohol (or higher). 2. Install the bottle with the alcohol into the diffuser and set the diffuser to level 9. 3. Let it run for about 10 minutes. 4. Turn the diffuser off, remove the alcohol bottle, and replace it with your fragrance oil bottle. This cleaning process can help restore the diffuser’s atomization power, especially if the pump is still making a noise but no scent is coming out. Really Nice
Great. Works just fine. I like that it’s programmable for up to 8 hours and there are several strength settings too. Very nice.
