The idea behind this device is good, and the natural oil scents are great—but the software is an absolute disaster. It’s painfully basic, unreliable, and forgets all your settings if the power goes out, forcing you to manually re-enable scheduling every time. It’s painfully obvious that the app was outsourced to India at the cheapest possible cost. Corners were cut in exactly the wrong places, and the result is a product that feels broken and cheap. It honestly feels like the CEO is making decisions without any regard for quality, cutting corners where it matters most. Educate your executives and make them take responsibility—stop making stupid mistakes like this. On top of that, you promised multiple scheduling time slots—morning, afternoon, and night—but never delivered. For the price you’re charging, this level of incompetence is unacceptable. The product could have been great, but instead, it’s frustrating and disappointing.

Not Recommended
I’ve had this unit for a few months now. It was working fine, but recently, when I turn it on, it stays on for only a few seconds before shutting off again. I’ve tried several different troubleshooting options to figure out what’s wrong, but nothing has worked so far.

Loved it while it worked
After 10 months of use, the thing is dead and now i have 2 wait for a replacement some time in December, its September ...kind of disappointing. I bought 2 around the same time hoping its just the one that goes bad. It's a great product but might try a different brand

Very disappointed!
I bought three diffusers. They’re all in the same room. I’ve tried three different scents and can’t smell any of them. I can barely smell them when standing directly over the mist coming out.

Turned Off On Its Own and Quality Issues
Just plugged my gift in and twice it has turned off even though I had it set on the1 hour timer. Also, the sticker for the remote to be removed was so strong that it pulled the face plate (sticker) off. Hour 1 and it already has issues.

Quit working after a little over a week.
Wife bought one a little over a week ago. Worked great, but stopped diffusing a day or two ago. Cleaned the tube and pickup. The air blows through, but it's not picking up the oil. It's the stock oils that came with it.
