Caused anaphylaxis reaction from touching

Pillow arrived in original Serta box. When I opened the box, the pillows were not sealed in the plastic bag that it was shipped in. Felt damp and when I took them out, the odor was very strong. I put them back in the plastic bag. Within 15 minutes, I began to have an severe allergic reaction, with tongue and face swelling, rash, itching. I had to be taken to the emergency room. There was something in these pillows that I received. Now I have a extremely expensive ER bill that was incurred from these pillows. I've never had a reaction to anything ever before! This caused me to have an anaphylaxis reaction.

Slept like a baby ..

Fabulous! The slight odor is readily relieved by removing the pillows from plastic and bluffing in the dryer. They are also washable, if you wish.
