Gorgeous but didn’t last
I have had it for 3 months and already a leg is starting to break inward. Since it’s a third party product, Macy’s isn’t able to replace and are only able to refund half of what I paid.

very uncomfortable after 1 year
Really wish I could still return this chair! Had I known it will become so very uncomfortable after only 1 year, I never would have purchased!
Serta Copenhagen Accent Chair
This Serta chair is such a beautiful accent to our lliving room. The color is perfect for the rest of the decor and size fits in with the dimensions of the room. The price was reasonable and delivery was on time and shipped and packaged well.

It's OK but not comfortable for reading or watching TV. More like a bedroom chair.

Basic, easy-to-assemble, good-looking chair
Nice fabric, comfortable (with a pillow added for looks and more back support), easy to assemble by one fit female. The back isn't as snugly fitted onto the seat, so I can't give this 5 stars, but overall it works well as a bedroom chair here. I appreciate this was NOT packed in styrofoam. It was still securely protected, wrapped in plastic, and intrigued that the feet and parts were stowed in the bottom of the chair seat for shipping. Directions are a little meager (would be great to have a link to a video, maybe). Not clear how to adjust the legs if the floor is uneven - happily mine is not.

Very pleased with this chair.
I bought two of these and love them. one went together super easy, the other was a little off getting it lined up, but was not that difficult. The seat is very firm and comfortable. I don't think it will lose it's shape anytime soon. The material is nice too.
