The height of the pillow was painful for our necks. The pillow I thought I was getting was memory foam without a lot of polyester fluff. Dimensions would have helped.

It was well crafted, but a bit TOO FIRM for my needs.

18584640 . I bought that pillow and I use after two months and I felt my neck is hurting. Please do not buy that product. Unfortunately I cannot return that product is more than 60 days. I’m not happy with that.

Love these pillows! They have just the right amount of firmness.
EXCELLENT PILLOW
I just bought my 2nd one. I agree when you first sleep on it it does cause neck pain. I use mine for a few weeks, not sleeping on it but using it for my back or to lean on watching tv. It flattens it to a point where it feels great to sleep on. I sleep on my older one & it’s heaven. Break it in a little & flatten a bit & ITS PERFECT! I’m verrrry picky about pillows & have returned more than i’ve kept! I buy this when it’s on sale & get the king for my queen bed & they fit perfectly! JUST GIVE IT A TRY!
