I purchased the Serta Luxe Grandmere 14” Pillow Top Mattress August 27th of 2022. The mattress felt comfortable upon receipt but only for a short while. By the end of November, after a few short months of use, the pillow top had noticeable indentation where both myself and spouse slept; especially the uppermost part of the mattress where one rests their mid to upper body, head on the pillow. I now have issues with my lower back and sciatic pain, both of which I did not have previous to sleeping on the new mattress. I’m considering making a new mattress purchase which is quite costly having just purchased the Serta Luxe Grandmere a mere six months ago. Had it not been a hectic time at Thanksgiving to Christmas, I would have liked to have approached Macys for a return or exchange for a different mattress. If there is any recourse from either Serta or Macys, I’d appreciate knowing. Thanks for reading my review. This is a first for me to write one.

Very good sleep! Best sleep ever.

I purchased this mattress during the Black Friday sale, and I am very disappointed to share that after only 5 nights of sleep, there is a large dip in the middle of the mattress. It has lost all support and is a struggle to get out of the bed. Super surprising and upsetting! I’m usually a fan of Serta products and I was looking forward to my new bed. I do not recommend to others.

Purchased the King mattress on sale, it was a decent price and customer service was amazing. Mattress is firmer than I expected. Maybe over time it will soften up. Also i wish it had Handles to rotate it. it is quite bulky and heavy. Difficult to rotate alone or with a partner without handles

Was super comfortable for two weeks before it started sagging in the spots where we slept. Now there are body sized dips on each side and the middle is higher. One person is 100lbs, so weight definitely is not the issue here. Now it's impossible to get comfortable because you're constantly battling with the dip pulling you down. The sides collapse when you're trying to get up or sit anywhere near the edge. If you want to get stuck in a mattress this is for you. It is honestly too soft, this is coming from someone who usually buys plush mattresses. Really bummed.

Within the first month this mattress sank. Gave us back pain even after switching sides with my wife, giving her the same issues. Contacted Macy’s, someone came out and was not helpful or concerned at all. All of this within the 90-day guarantee. I thought Macy’s was a trusted name that we could count on for product satisfaction but unfortunately they did not keep their word on this product guarantee. Very disappointed.

It's so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. I'm impressed.Great buy!

I believe the mattress is of good quality and I do not want to give a bad review just based on our preference but we are having a hard time adjusting to it. It is just not for us. It feels a lot firmer than expected.
