Not worth it, absolute garbage, a waste of money

I ordered a firm mattress and it feels more plush, and now less than a year after purchase, it lost all support around the edges, when I’m on the bed I can feel some of the innersprings, mattress definitely showing some indentation in certain areas. Feels like cheap materials, was good and supporting for the first 3 months and it’s all downhill since. Disappointed and frustrated, never buying a Serta mattress ever again.

Serta Blue Lagoon plush pillow top

These hybrid mattresses are all too firm. The plush pillow top makes it feel a little less firm but my hips and back hurt from the overly firm mattress. I assume hybrid mattresses are the rage for the bed manufactures because they are cheaper to make and lighter than standard old school mattresses so cheaper to ship.
