I was so nervous purchasing my 86 yr old mom with hip and back pain a new mattress to replace her firm plush pillow top that’s now much too high. She is very happy with the height of this (kept her low profile box spring) and says the comfort level is great. She’s a side sleeper who ends up on the edge but there’s no concern of falling off due to the support.

This mattress is as comfortable as others that were twice the cost. We wanted firm support that was easy on our joints when side sleeping. Don’t be afraid to lie down on try them out in the store. Keep notes and take pictures. The higher end models aren’t always the best for your specific needs.

Delivery Promises White Glove Service Free
The service stated in the advertisement was not going to be "Honored". I contacted the Furniture department to confirm I would be helped with delivery and setup. The lady that sent the email confirmation informed me that there is no white glove service and basically would be on my own. My husband and I are senior citizens and I am handicap. My call to confirm helped me in time to cancel and go with a better company.
