Horrendous assembly

The chair seems nice enough - it's attractive and seems like it will be pretty comfortable -- but it was the *worst* assembly experience we've ever had. Both of us have a good bit of experience, and we just moved so we've put together a lot of furniture lately, and this one left us about to tear our hair out. We eventually got it together, after at least 2.5 hours of work on it, and it left me saying that I would never buy another Serta/ another thing that need to be assembled / another piece of furniture from anywhere but Room and Board -- expensive but it's done right. I just hope it holds up.
