Was looking for a quality pillow that is reasonably priced. Found this Serta on line, and thought I would take a chance on it. IT'S AWESOME! I'm very happy with this quality product!

Not that nice
I ordered this cooling pillow online and was excited to try it out—it looked and felt great. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it had a strong, unpleasant odor. I tried spraying it with Febreze, but that didn’t help. As much as I liked the cooling feature, I just couldn’t get past the smell and had to return it.

This typically dissipates after a few days of normal use in a well ventilated environment. We are happy to hear you were able to return the pillow so that you could get your hands on another that can hopefully provide a better sleep experience!
Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow
The cooling effect works when you turn pillow over several times. Not as firm as the Thermapedic that I recently purchased from Macy’s.

Pleasantly surprised!
Quite a bit thicker than expected, gauging by other reviews, Good quality, and I like it that it fits on the bed like a "normal" pillow, unlike my last gel pillow.

Strong smell.
Both pillows has some strong odor of rubber or something in it. Aside from that, it’s already ripped on the edge. I’m returning this back. Waste of my time. I wouldn’t recommend, my pov.
