Not Made for Me

I ordered this item online, and when I first tried it on, it seemed to fit well. However, after washing it, the panty/short no longer fits properly—it bunches up and doesn’t stay in place around my thighs. It feels loose in that area, though I’m concerned that a size small might be too tight around my torso. For reference, I’m 5’2”, 130 lbs, and usually wear petite sizes.
