This is literally the best thing I’ve ever bought! I’ll admit it’s a hefty price, but completely worth it. For starters, it’s cordless. It has the highest power compared to its’ sister products, which means it sucks even better. That may be the most important feature of a cordless vacuum. It has a hardwood and carpet setting and works well on both surfaces. It comes with a few attachments, including one to clean your fan blades, and comes apart for easy use in multiple areas.

Looks better than performance!
Not enough suction. Looks powerful, but not!
Amazing for pets and long haired dogs.
I have had my shark pro lift away for around a month. I'm beyond pleased with it. I definitely recommend having 2 batteries, but I've never vacuumed long enough to need both at one time. My house is completely hardwood and tile(1700ish square feet) with 1 large wool area rug. I have 2 Australian Shepherd dogs and 4 cats, so hair, dirt, and cat litter is a big problem. This vacuum has 3 different suction settings for each hardwood and carpet. Hardwood and tile only needs suction 1, which is the lowest, so the battery lasts me a long time. The wool carpet needs carpet level 3 but 2 can do the job as well. I can vacuum for about 45 minutes straight using the 2 above setting, mainly hardwood 1. It sucks up cat litter amazingly. Does not throw any behind it or leave a trail. Hair doesn't get wrapped around the roller either. I am very pleased and would highly recommend for anyone with pets and mainly hardwood flooring. If your house was carpeted, the battery probably won't last long, so 2 would be a must. The lift away feature is great for getting up under kitchen chairs, couches, and beds. The extendable house has great suction as well for couches and cat towers. Battery takes around 3 hours to fully charge. I vacuum every other day, and while the dust cup is small, I can vacuum my whole house without having to stop and empty it. On really hairy days maybe emptying it once in the process. Filters are easy to access and clean aswell.

Cordless vacuum one of the best
This vacuum works wonders to be cordless. Picks up just as good as an electric until the battery starts going down. I love it! Because I popped the battery in and I can run all over the house and get up the dog hair and 10 to 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this vacuum

Very good for my square footage
I bought this in June and used it maybe 3 times. Suction is good. It has many features and I love how it can go under furniture to clean floors. Also love that I can clean ceilings and other high areas of home. Love how when done you can empty the dustbin into the garbage. The battery runs for about an hour in Econo mode. I will be ordering a second battery so that I will have a longer run time.

Fantastic vacuum
I was initially hesitant to buy this vacuum, because of what I’ve thought looked like a bulky design. But this is a very intelligently designed a vacuum. The canister comes off and you can get into small spaces, the battery last for a really long time the suction power is fantastic on both floors and carpet. I’ve noticed a great improvement in my allergies and the dust cup shows that it is picking up all the dust. Even dust that you didn’t realize was there. I am very happy with this vacuum. I’m moving in with my boyfriend and he has a Dyson and I am forcing him to retire the Dyson because my Shark Vertex vacuum is so much better. It’s heavy duty and the attachments work really well. I am very happy with my vacuum.

Does not last - Made to be replaced.
I bought this vacuum 2 years ago. For the first 6 months this thing was amazing. There was nothing it couldn't handle. For the next six months it was fine. Worked pretty well, with the occasional clog or need to be cleaned out. For the last year it had to be cleaned out weekly due to clogs. At this point the vacuum clogs every single time I use it. Then when I pick it up to put it away everything that was sucked up just dumps out the bottom. I have taken the vacuum apart so many times the plastic components have started to wear out and no longer go back together well.

I would recommend this product 8/10
I love using this vacuum. It will literally get up any crumbs or dirt you have in your floor. If u use the small hose on the vacuum it gets dust and small crumbs striaght up. The battery life last a long time as well.
