Love this vacuum.

We love this vacuum. The suction is amazing. When your children want to vacuum because the suction is so great you know you have a winner. However it took Macy's three weeks to ship the item.

Don't Buy

I used it 2 times and now it doesn't suction. They only give you a 30 day return window at Macy's. This Vacuum is trash. Not worth the price I paid for it (and it was cheap). Don't waste your time buying it.

Don’t buy this from Macy’s

I ordered this vacuum cleaner from Macy’s online so I didn’t need to go to the store as it was to be delivered in 3 to 5 days. After a couple weeks of no vacuum and no sign of when it would arrive, I called to cancel the order and bought one from another business. Today, a vacuum arrived at my house and now I have to return it to the store after weeks have gone by. Can’t tell you if the vacuum is any good but Macy’s shipping sure is not!

Highly recommend

A friend has one and really, really likes it. She said the Dyson was too heavy for her! It looks good and hopefully lasts many years. Seems easy to use and fairly light. Good looking vacuum!
