Does the job well
I have had several shark vacuum’s and this one is top notch. I have a pet and this does the job. Suction is great, I like how it has a bare floor setting and that the canister is large and hold a lot before needing emptying. I like the filter the only thing it is a little heavy but that’s not a deal breaker and ai recommend

Power connection issues..
I had a very disappointing experience with this vacuum. It worked fine initially. Died exactly after the warranty expiration. the power connection between the upper body (motor/handle) and the lower brush head failed. This is the weak point in the vacuum. You can’t fix it the connections are too complex. I tried.

I’ve been using the Shark Navigator Deluxe for a while now, and honestly, it’s a solid vacuum—especially for the price. It’s super lightweight, easy to move around, and has great suction. I was actually surprised by how much dust and hair it picked up the first time I used it (kind of gross but also satisfying). The canister is really easy to empty, and I like that it doesn’t lose suction as you go. It works great on both carpet and hard floors, though it’s not the best for getting under super low furniture since the design’s a bit bulky. The cord could also be longer, but that’s a small complaint. Overall, it’s reliable, powerful, and simple to use—no fancy features, just gets the job done. Light weight, maneuverable, and picks up dirt grea
Lightweight and picks up dirt, leaves, pet hair, etc on hardwood floors and carpet extremely well. Love the rotating brush for the carpet areas. 5 ⭐️s!!!! Highly recommend!

wanted to love this new vacuum, but I hate it
I have a 20 year old Shark that I love so much....easy to use, well placed tools, guide lights, long cord, easy releases, switches, etc. But now with this new Shark, I really hate to vacuum, and this makes me sad. I purchased this as an UPGRADE to my old one, but it was a MISTAKE! This vacuum has a couple of good features: great suction good capacity container Everything else is so, so bad, and my 20 year old Shark was SO much better with all of these things: cord is too short no front guide lights challenging to unlock wand (need two hands and use leverage to get it off) (old Shark had easy button release) horrible hinges to release canister (old Shark had easy one-button release for canister emptying) terrible plaement of switch to change from hard floors to carpet (old Shark had a super easy switch right on the handle) horrible placement of tool storage...always in the way I just hate this vacuum, and it hurts my lower back to use. I am going back to my 20 year old Shark and keeping this one for emergency replacement only if my old one finally dies.

Great lightweight vacuum!!!
This vacuum is amazing!! It’s so lightweight and does an incredible job. It is not too loud but still has great suction. My cats were not very scared of this one like normal! I would get this vacuum again!!!

Great vacuum
This vacuum is amazing! I was setting up my flocked Christmas tree and the white flocking was EVERYWHERE. This cleaned it up in no time! It moves very smoothly, it pivots and glides around hard to reach areas. The handle is detachable so that you can clean upholstery and stairs with ease. It’s bagless so you can just empty the canister after each use. There is a HEPA filter that prevents dust and allergens from circulating back into the air. Super long cord so you don’t have to keep unplugging it to move around. The only downside (not for me but maybe for some individuals) it is decently heavy. It glides so smoothly that you don’t notice it when using the vacuum, but if you needed to carry it upstairs it might prove difficult for some Individuals. It also has a function for bare floors and carpeted areas. I love this vacuum and I am so glad we got it!

This is my new favorite vaccuum! I felt like my old one didn’t pick much up on our cheap apartment carpets. It’s not too noisy, is great at getting hair, and picks up way more dust than I thought existed. Definitely buy!
