Looses Suction Quickly
I have had this a month and it already lost suction. It is very hard to push it around.

Shark NV360 Navigator Lift-Away Deluxe Upright Va
my rating is based on previous shark items. unfortunately, this one has a cord, so i have to return it. multiple pictures made it appear cordless and a mention is made of it having a lithium battery. due to mobility issues, i cannot use a corded vacuum and wanted this to replace my current shark. have been using sharks for over 30 years, am happy with my current navigator (OLD!!!) and cordless floor sweeper. wish this one would have worked out!

Accessory Storage
Why isn't there storage for both provided accessories? Bad design . Older Shark Vacuums have a place for two!

Ok, but could be better
I've had a Navigator NV360 for a few years now. It's a decent product, but there are a few annoying shortcomings: 1. It doesn't come with a simple brush accessory. I think that earlier models had this. Makes upholstery cleaning less effective/efficient than it could be. 2. The accessories often slip off the accessory holder, and they often slip off the tube while I'm using them. 3. In the last year there has been a major dusty/smelly emission upon startup (diminishes after a few minutes). Previously I had cleaned and replaced filters, and it didn't seem to do much. 4. It's a bit too top-heavy. When I am vacuuming a large sofa, the hose frequently gets overstretched, causing the vac to tumble to the floor. A longer hose would probably alleviate this.
