Good vacuum
I’ve been using the Shark ION Robot R750 and overall it’s a solid little vacuum. It picks up pet hair really well — honestly better than I expected — and keeps the floors looking clean without me having to think about it. The Tri-Brush system does a great job getting hair out of corners and along edges, which is a big win in a pet-friendly home. I will say it could be a bit better with navigation. Sometimes it gets stuck or takes the long way around, but when it’s running smoothly, it definitely does what it’s supposed to do. For everyday maintenance and pet hair pickup, it’s definitely worth having.

Good but due for upgrade
The Shark ION has been a helpful little robo vac for quick daily cleanups. It picks up dust and crumbs well and is easy to use, but it definitely feels dated. The navigation is pretty basic, it misses edges sometimes, and the dust bin fills fast. It’s good for light maintenance, but I’m definitely due for an upgrade soon.

The best
We have had this vacuum for a few years and we love it. We have two dogs with lots of fur and it helps so much in between regular vacuuming. It is easy to maintain and you can use it on its own or via phone app. So many options.

Efficient vacuum
The Shark ION Robot Vacuum is a solid mid-tier robot vacuum. It hits many of the fundamentals—good suction, easy setup, smart features—for the price. But it doesn’t compete with the top-tier robot vacuums in terms of navigation intelligence, carpet performance, or minimal upkeep. It performs very competently in cleaning debris on both hard floors and carpets. Don’t recommend if you have thick, high-pile carpeting, very heavy pet shedding, or expect a robot vacuum to replace your upright for deep cleaning or if you dislike maintenance tasks: emptying bins frequently, cleaning rollers, untangling hair.

Works okay
I thought this worked well for a while, but it does easily get clogged up with hair, especially pet hair. It is also quite loud, you can’t run it at night while people are sleeping

Disappointed; lacks power and responsiveness. Considering return.
I’m feeling a bit let down by this product, and I typically love Shark products. It doesn’t respond to my phone commands, and although it does pick up hair from the floor, its suction power isn’t very strong. I wish I had researched more before making this purchase. If I had the option to return it, I would—and I’m still contemplating it.

This one is by far the best we’ve ever owned
It’s quiet and powerful. I have it set to run every day. I'm very impressed with this vacuum. It's able to sneak under beds and tight to reach places very well. Battery life seems great and no concerns there. This is a fantastic robot vacuum! It cleans very good.

Used to be great
I got this for Christmas a few years ago and loved it!! I had the app all set up and had a schedule. About a year later I realized it said “disconnected” on the app. I tried everything deleted the app, removed the robot and reconnected it, and nothing worked. I’m still having this problem two years later and it’s extremely frustrating. The vacuum itself still works but it’s not as convenient as it should be. I’ve seen a lot of people with this same issue, they should really get it figured out.
