Awesome for naturally curly hair

I underestimated how big of a difference a good hair dryer can make! The controls take a second to get used to, but the diffuser works great on my curls; they’re well defined with little frizz and less product needed, leaving them softer, too. I’m super happy with this purchase!

Worst experience with in 3 weeks

I bought your hair dryer in June 2025. After 2–3 weeks, it began overheating, blinking, and stopping multiple times per use. Customer care only kept asking me to try “different outlets” (even washing machine ones!) instead of resolving the issue. Really disappointed. 😕

Do not buy

The worst hair dryer ever I haven’t even had it a year and the it stopped heating I do not recommend this hair dryer to anyone

Do Not Buy

I bought this last December and by June it was not working consistently. The heat and air flow buttons will not work, leaving you with cold air and no heat. The attachments don't change it. You never know if it will actually work. Read the reviews, this is a common complaint.

Best diffuser ever

The LOVE the actual blow dryer so much and the diffuser is incredible. The brush is OK. I would prefer if it was a round rush. The flattening tool works really well on roots. I find it a little difficult to pull all the way through to the end because I have long hair.
