SIMPLY THE BEST
I’ve owned this mop before, wandered off for a “fancier” Bissell with all the bells and whistles… and came crawling back. The Bissell looked cool until I actually used it.. just extra stuff trying to seem high-tech. The Shark? Simple, powerful, and gets the job done without overcomplicating life. What I love most is the pump action.. it gives you control, and the steam comes up almost instantly. My floors go from dull to spotless in minutes. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and honestly kind of satisfying to use. No buttons, no weird digital settings .. just plug it in and go I’ve seen people complain about the lack of variable steam or the small water tank, but honestly, that’s part of why it’s great. It’s consistent, quick to heat, and doesn’t feel like a workout dragging it around. I can clean my kitchen and hallway on one tank, and the floors dry super fast. If I had to nitpick, I wish the water cap was a little bigger and the cord wrap less awkward.. but that’s soo minor. Overall, this mop is a no-drama, no-regret buy. I’ve learned my lesson: sometimes simple is smarter.

Shark Steamer
I brought something similar to this machine in the past and was very happy with it. This machine is a little disappointing. Very hard to move on wood floors and no steam comes out of it. My last one had two levels of how much steam you preferred to come out whereas this one is just one. You have to pull the plug out in order to shut it off and not bring the level down to stop.
Awful mop. Don’t waste your money on this.
This mop drives me absolutely nuts. I expected so much better from Shark. Whoever designed this should be canned. You can’t hang it in your closet like you do your brooms and other cleaning things. The handle is the wrong way so you have to just sit it on the floor somewhere in your closet or wherever.. The stream also does not come out evenly on the floor. If my lights aren’t turned on bright enough I will miss half the floor. I will mop and area and turn at a different angle and there is a sometimes a thin wet stripe down the floor and nothing else has been touched on either side. So I have to do it again and it takes more time out of my day. I never see steam, I just hear it. This may or may not be normal, I dunno. Don’t waste your money on this one. Just buy a higher quality and model or just use a different brand.

It didn’t work when I got it. It must’ve been out to someone else and it was sent back and then I bought it and got it.

This is my second one I have purchased over the years. I love it. Just make sure you use distilled water.
