false advertisement

Ordered a Sharper Image Journey Lite 28" Hardside Check In, O# 4619438276, instead I received a carry on it was either a 20" or 22", (I measured and it was 21")I called custumer service and they said that was not possible because they only have the 28" option, at that point had to request a supervisor and he emailed me a return label to take it back to UPS, custumer service told me not to re order it because I would get the same thing, according to them there was not wrong size error in the shipment, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

Terrible product

We purchased this Luggage for an upcoming cruise. On our first trip the inside fabric ripped. Customer service is nonexistent.. I sent an email as well as left several phone messages for a call back. Nobody would reach back to me regarding the warranty. If you’re looking for luggage that might last more than one trip, then look elsewhere. Super disappointed!

Which they got my order right!

While the suit case is nice I ordered the 28 inch one and got a 20 inch one. When I tryed to return they said I have to order a new one and pay 20$ more. Then send the one I have back and get a refund. Then they will do a price adjustment. Why can’t they just send the one I paid for? And just pick up this one? Not happy with customer service!

So upset. Do not buy!

Unfortunately I purchased this when it was a good deal but did not get a chance to use it for 3 months after the fact and now it is too late to return. One of the feet things broke off after using it 2 times. The screws are exposed. I have contacted customer service of the company "Olivet International" 3 times and have not heard back from them. So obviously the "warranty" is just a scam.
