California Design has terrible customer service
The sheets are OK but the customer service from California Design is terrible. The sheet set was put on sale the following day for over $100 less and they refused to do a price adjustment. But ordering from Macy’s was wonderful. Macy’s was very understanding and said they would send me a Macy’s gift card for the difference in the mail. Thank you, MACY’S for your EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service !!

I have two sets of these sheets. I absolutely love the way they feel. I struggle with body temperature regulation and these sheets help. I previously purchased linen sheets and I prefer these over the linen. They fit snug over my 2 inch mattress pad. They wash well and no piling. 10/10 recommend.

Other reviews mention a smell. These sheets did smell bad straight out of the package. I washed them according to the directions, I also added vinegar and baking soda to the washer and now the smell is completely gone. They are soft, not the softest but they aren’t like sand paper or stiff either. I’m giving them 5 stars because finding 100% organic cotton sheets was important to me and these are reasonably priced.

Where is my package? Tracking says OXNARD, and delivered on 12/20, yet the mailing address is Guerneville, CA, 500 miles NORTH!!! Pretty shoddy if you ask me. Seller doesn't respond. Do NOT purchase anything from this person!!!
