HORRIBLE, DISAPPOINTING
I’m in disbelief. This is nothing as described and very far from what the reviews state. The exact opposite. -10 out of 10. I don’t even have the words. This is the worst product I’ve ever bought. It does not work at all. It BAREY ANY AIR pressure it just makes a bunch of noise YOU CANNOT feel it squeezing your feet. And then the rollers, you have got to be kidding me! :( why in the world would anyone want a hard little tiny marble ball rolling up and down the center of your heel? You have to really push down hard to even feel anything and there’s the weirdest movement on the toes that you can barely barely barely feel if you squeeze down as hard as you can very odd. I have had several different brands and models and this is by far the worst. It is very basic. There are NO options to choose from at all other than low to high FOR THE AIR Which again does not squeeze your feet at all not even on high. There is a button for heat, but you can’t feel any heat at all. You can barely feel any on high nothing at all on low. I bought this because it said it also included massaging on your heels. Again there is this weird strange, odd, tiny marble like ball rolling up and down the center of your heel and if you’re in pain like I am, it’s completely useless and defeats the purpose of massage. It’s not even like shiatsu at all either. There is some type of weird scraping thing in the center of your foot which again you have to really push your entire pressure and weight down just to feel it. Lastly, there is a bright light beaming in your eyeballs when you put it on low medium or high air.

Simple unit. A remote control would be convenient. Heat adjustment would be nice also.

Favorite gift I’ve received
My husband got this for me for Christmas last year, and I am so glad. I was skeptical at first, and I immediately was convinced I was in love. The air squeezing setting is the real MVP- it snugs up on your feet so the shiatsu can really dig in. The heat function is also super nice. My husband wears a size 15 shoe and he was surprised at how well it worked for him as well! My only small annoyance is it is a bit noisy when using the air squeeze function, but all is forgiven because of how well it works.

Amazing!
Got this for my boyfriend who is a chef working on his feet all day. He now lives in it as soon as he gets off work. Really stretches and relaxes those tight spots.

Deep Massage
If you stand all day this is the perfect product! As a Drill Sergeant in the Army I have really long days. I use this everyday before bed after I shower. I go to sleep feeling renewed and ready to stand more the next day. I even purchased one for the 24 hr duty desk!

Performs as expected
I had one of these and really liked it so I bought this one for my son and daughter-in-law because they liked mine so much. You can use it with or without the heat setting.
