Not suitable for sitting

I was pleased with the color and texture of this pouf, but it sits lopsided and it's extremely uncomfortable to sit on. My 9-year-old granddaughter sat on it and said, "Oh, this is really uncomfortable." To use as an ottoman, it's fine (except the lopsided aspect).
