Doesn't remove my mascara

It takes my makeup off but leaves a black ring around my eyes because it doesn't remove all my mascara. I need to wash my eyes again separately after I take my makeup off.

Not sealed maybe fake

I bought this but it was not sealed with the plastic wrapper and the bottle was sticky and dirty is this a return or a fake ??? Macys should only sell sealed beauty products! Especially at these prices - returning immediately.
