Have been using Shiseido for over 30 plus years...started Ultimune Serum when Benefence Nutriperfect Day, Night and Eye Creams have not been available. I am pleased...easy to apply, no strong smell...I like my routine simple...don't mind the cost as long as effective...it appears to do as described...

Amazing Essence and toner!

Wing was amazing! She is friendly, patient, and so helpful in finding exactly what I needed. She made my shopping experience easy and enjoyable! She even gave me free sample size Ultimune Power Essence and a Shiseido toner, which was travel-size and has enough for about a month of use. Sheiseido never disappoints! I love how luxurious and hydrated my skin feels after applying it twice a day. Thank you Wing for recommending the toner!

The Best Skin Product!

I am so excited that Shiseido is finally on the shelves of the Macy's store near my home! I have been using this product for over 30 years and will never use anything else. I've had sensitive skin and this is the only brand that can handle it.

I love Shiseido products...have been purchasing from Macy's for quite some time, and I love Macy's! I order my items from Macy's on line, and have never had a problem with quality or delivery!
