disappointed

I was disappointed because one screw didn't fit to keep the structure held and magnet fails to keep door closed properly. this interferes with the safety of the structure.

Package never arrived

I have not received this item and no refund either. I am not sure why Macy's carry this type of products where you can't get any response at all. 0 customer service from this seller.
