Awesome knife

If I’m going to cut something smaller than what I use my santoku for this is my go to knife.

Amazing knife

I have been working in kitchens for a few years now and I finally decided to get my first "real" knife. This knife is no amazing and is insanely light weight and makes long prep hours effortless.
