Very soft and easy to store, grips to the floor for ease while exercising

Wrong item received

What a joke this was. I received a trampoline instead of a yoga mat I received. I contacted customer service and they were no help and said their supervisor would contact me within 48 hours. I highly advise Macys to get their fulfillment team on board with shipping the correct items to customers.
