I purchased this mattress thinking I was getting a really great deal in price but no the price was so cheap because that’s how cheap the mattress is.. Soft top but that’s about it, not comfortable and horrible support.. I have an indent in the middle we have finally placed it on the bed 4 days ago as we were exchange rooms and downsizing.. Well what a disappointment with new bed and mattress. I wish I would have been able to open when I first purchased but we just exchanged and finally opened everything and set it up.. So sad that Macys a store I’ve enjoyed for years would sell this disappointing and cheaply made items..

This mattress feel so cheap. It was light and not supportive. The top was very soft and my body sink soon I lay on it. And if for a back sleeper, this mattress is horrible, you would sink in and hard to get up. I’m only 115 lbs and already feel like this. Can’t imagine for a heavy person.

PAID FOR WITH MY OWN MONEY. Not an incentivized review here. In my honest opinion, good, but not as described. We are back and side sleepers, it does have some form of comfort for back and side sleepers, but still could use a bit more cushion. I ordered it online, it is firmer than expected, there is no bounce to it. Nevertheless, despite reading reviews that this is a soft mattress it is not as expected. We all have our own likes and preferences. I have had this mattress approximately 2 months now. As time goes by it is beginning to conform to our bodies and is becoming more comfortable. Mattresses are not built like they were 15/20 years ago, regardless of the price. My husband and I will keep it because we are in no position to send it back and we would have to pays fees to have it picked up, etc. In all fairness, we do not wake up with aches and pains like we did with our last mattress which was a Beauty Rest that was only 5 years old and was supposed to last 10 years. Was delivered on time, with no problems. Old mattress was removed and taken as well, which we are grateful for. I hope this helps in the search for your desired mattress. Best of luck.

Firm and soft, but mostly a medium. I have back problems and for the past week, sleep has been great. After a few more weeks of testing this bed out, it has started to sag in the corner. My husband lays in the corner of the bed and he weighs 180lbs. Also the bed has our impressions/dips in the mattress already. I weigh 170lbs. the mattress is very comfortable but I am worried about the longevity of the mattress.
