Bent

Earrings was bent when I received them from manufacture and there is no way to correct them they don’t move

Not so happy with this purchase

I like the look and size. I purchased them in-store so i wasn't surprised by anything except one thing. They have tarnished. I've used a jewelery cloth as well as jewelry polish and they have not returned to the look they once had. The crystals have also started falling out.
