beware stones fall out easily

My husband and children gave me this necklace and the lips necklace for Mothers Day last year (2016). I was so happy because I really wanted them! Less then a year later many of the stones have fallen out of both necklaces.I can no longer wear them.It was not from over usage because I only wore them on special occasions and was careful with them. I am so disappointed and sad because I really liked them!!
