Refurbished
So after the first lamp came with missing a connector, they said that they would send me a replacement. So today I opened the box. The box was not the same size like the original package. While unpacking it I realized the lamp shade had no styrofoam like the first package did. I said no big deal. But now I'm ready to assemble it and I realized that they sent me a refurbished lamp. That's a negative for me. I called macys immediately and requested a refund. Pictures included to show that it's refurbished. The plastic is cracked plastic. Plus they sprayed paint where paint flaked off and there's this sticky paper residue on the cord. And the original had none of those issues. They could have atleast used goo away to get rid of the sticky paper. Yeah won't be pur having anything from this brand again.

Very nice lamp
Like the lamp. Great lighting and versatile. It's just a tad flimsy though. Doesn't stand up perfectly straight.
