Perfect! Love it!

I know for many people a garbage can is just the garbage can. But I am very dedicated to recycling. This garbage can makes my kitchen look good, while I’m able to keep everything in one. I love that it’s not electric because I’ve had electric before and they do not last, while I still use hands-free. It’s the perfect size so it’s not too bulky. Everyone that comes into my kitchen falls in love with my garbage can! It’s definitely one of a kind!

Garbage/Recycle Can

Great can. Looks nice. Very functional. Only complaint is that is slides around on the floor. We had to put felt feet on it because something was scraping the floor. The felt feet really made it slide, so we switched them to rubber pads and it sticks gradually inches backward to the wall every time you open and clos the can.

Great trash /recycle step can

I have many simple human products and love them all. This double step can is great. The lid pops up quickly, & goes down slowly. The bag storage packs are a nice feature to quickly replace fresh the bag. And having the removable blue recycle insert saves me from wasting bags, I simply pull it out to dump it and put it back, and even guests understand Trash vs Recycle.

58L Step Recycler is an improvement

We had to replace our old Step Recycler from 2020 due to the closure mechanism failing even after purchase and installation of the replacement piece. This one seems nicer and smoother in movement. Simple Human has yet to disappoint.

Lid not closing

I love the sleek design of this trash can. For the price I paid, I’m expecting a better quality can. The lid stop closing after two weeks of use. I tried all the available troubleshooting tutorials online and still didn’t fix the problem.
