Love everything about it

My first was bought 4 years ago and we quickly developed a wonderful friendship! Always knows when I’m there (sensor) and ready and willing to help when my hands are full. After 4 years of continuous use, there was a problem and the lid wouldn’t raise. I contacted Simple Human for help and they were helpful, expedient, supportive and within days after a few emails to clarify what might be the issue…I was shipped a brand new one as there was a 5 year warranty upon purchase that I didn’t know about! I will forever use this brand for its products and services and excellent customer care and support. Quality that lasts. And we’re better than ever …again!
