towel holder

Well. . . . . . . looks good. . . . . but a 2 step process, tear what you need then remove sprayer. Would be added value to spray without removal of spray tube.

unusable - too tight - doesn't spin freely - towels tear

Conceptually I was hoping this was going to be a very useful product. It looks nice and has some cool features. Unfortunately, it is unusable. The roller is too tight and doesn't spin freely, and the "holder arm" is also too tight. So the towels don't dispense easily and they tear. I wound up returning two of these. Very disappointed because I had such high expectations for this premium priced product.
