Product always came bent

It has been 2 shipments but the product was always bent due to poor production. It’s a hassle to keep receiving and returning. Still trying to get a good replacement

Adjustable, Versatile!

I rely on Simplehuman for their design and build quality, and this shoulder caddy is no exception. I appreciated the ad specifically indicated this caddy works with a handheld shower (which I have). I love how adjustable it is, tailoring to bottle size. I love that all levels are within reach (I'm 5'6"). Sturdy, attractive, highly adjustable -- what's not to love?!?
