Too hard to push

Very hard to push but cleans well. To late to return—sure need a lighter machine.

Thank you for your feedback. Check to make sure you have adjusted the brush roll, depending on your floor. If you have it set low when you have a high carpet, that will make the vacuum harder to push than it needs to be. We're glad it cleans well for you! tacony

Lightweight

I recently purchased this Simplicity to replace my old Oreck vacuum . I'm so glad I chose this one . This is so lightweight and easy to operate.

Great over carpeted areas.

Pro, Just like the description, I was amazed how clean the carpet looks and feels after using this vacuum over a carpeted area. Cons, the fact I wanted upright vacuum with tools, and the only ones with tools by this brand are made in China, whereas the one without the tools is made here in the USA; my gripe with that is I am at a point in my life where I value the quality of items made in the USA or in other reputable countries, and I wish this same style was also made here in the USA. The other reason I gave it only 3 stars is, even though the the vacuum itself is very powerful; when using the tools, I feel the suction is not as powerful, moreover, the bristles of the brush attachment are stiff and short, hence, doesn't clean around crevices as readily. Lastly, only one bag was included with purchase, whereas at least two should have been included, as the bag is not even available on Macy's website.
