Nightmare on Macy’s Street

Entire experience was a nightmare! Received the couch damaged. Macy’s sells items from a dot com group of vendors that has nothing to do with Macy’s. Contacting the vender for help was ineffective. I had to email and call Macy’s a total of 17 times to get resolution. The vendor kept trying to negotiate my return for less than the amount I spent. It was crazy! Persistence paid off and I found I could return 1 piece through Macy’s. For additional labels to ship the sectional sofa, I had to repeatedly request a return shipper from the vendor.
