Never again Macy’s
I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The chandelier arrived in unacceptable condition — the packaging was poorly done, the box had clearly been opened and re-taped, and it looked like an item that had already been returned. The chandelier itself was twisted and damaged. This is not the level of quality or professionalism I expect from Macy’s. Very dissatisfied with this experience.
