MISSING PACKAGE

Given that you have the audacity to ask for my review of this item, I am writing to inform you that I have NOT received it yet. The couch is still missing one package, and currently, I only have two cushions. I am giving Macy's just one star for your poor coordination with the third-party seller. I believe that you should refund me at some point.
