Terrible item!

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!! It arrived with the top piece of the headboard missing. The screws were too long and when we tried to assemble the item, not knowing the situation with the screws, the wood split. It is not easy to assemble this item and it is very heavy, so bringing it in and out of the house is not easy. The cardboard carton it came in also had a tear. It's a stressful process to return.
