Poor quality glass

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my husband. Love the style and design but the glass is poor quality. The glass cracked after 5 weeks of very light wear. It was not dropped nor did he bang into anything. The crack just appeared. Very disappointed and now searching for a new watch. Money wasted.

Terrible Quality

Don't get me wrong, this watch looks fantastic and feels great to wear. The profile is very slim and the watch is very lightweight. However, the glass is terrible quality. I purchased this watch just a few months ago. Today I was just sitting at my desk when I heard a loud crack and saw that the glass had cracked right down the middle for no reason. I started researching the product to see if this was just an anomaly, and it certainly isn't. There are a lot of people who complain of the exact same thing--glass cracking/shattering at random. I'm still waiting to hear back from Skagen customer service to see if they will replace/fix it, but I am not counting on it given what others have said about Skagen's customer service. The glass is apparently not covered by the warranty, (and neither are batteries, bands, straps, bracelets, exposed crystals and other embellishments--sounds like the only thing covered is the actual watch function itself).

Got as a gift from my wife. Very impressed. Slim design. Modern looking. Unfortunately it stopped working after few weeks. Had it replaced from Macy's. Been working since then. Loving it.

Great way to shop!

This season due to open-heart surgery Thanksgivng Week, we did our Christmas shopping entirely on-line and almost entirely with Macy's. Excellent experience in all ways! Communications OUTSTANDING ...... order in, shipped, shipped in two deliveries, tracking and everything delivered in great condition on time. My wife and I agreed, this is the way to do it! Very comfortable for everyday wear

Bought this for my husbands birthday a couple of years ago, he loves the watch. Unfortunately, he is always very hard on the watch bands, and I will have to purchase a replacement leather band for it. However, the watch is still going strong!!
