Other occasion to buy:Twice I’ve ordered this shoe. First time my mistake; second time your customer service rep ordered the same exact thing when a Regular width was needed. I’ve ordered the correct size and it’s due here today. Let’s hope 3rd try’s a charm!

Terrible experience

Macy's customer service gets worse and worse every time. I bought a pair of shoes online, and they sent me a different model for each shoe.
