Too wide for my narrow feet

I ordered this shoe (GO WALK Arch Fit 2.0 - Paityn) in mauve and GO WALK Arch Fit 2.0 - Eliza and am keeping the Eliza. I have narrow feet and always have a problem with slip-ons regarding my heel slipping out and the shoes being too wide. The Paityns are too wide for me, so I will be returning them.
