Sales personnel walking around the department. I chose two pair of shoes. Had to summon a salesperson to assist me. Salesperson brought the shoes and left them on a seat next to me. Never assisted me in any way. If I want "do it yourself service", I could go to Marshall's, Target, WalMart. This Macy's has been my store for 50 years. Service was top notch. Products were terrific. The arrangement in each depart was eye appealing. I foresee this store being closed before the end of 2026. No need for it.
