Light weight and compact

A quality product from this brand. Some carry-on luggage seems bigger than the required size measurement by most airlines. This one appears to be the right size (can say small, which I want). The double wheels make it easier to push around and stand straight. I took a checked Skyway luggage to South Africa. The luggage made it back with some minor scratches, so durability is proven.

Shoddy workmanship

First use of my 20” softside spinner wheel case and the netting in the compartment wasn’t caught in the stitching. HATE spending good money on a product that I have to try to fix!

Winner !

After much research and debate I decided on the medium True Red Sigma softside.I needed to replace my work travel bag. This bag is excellent !!! I love the features and the wheels seem to be good quality.

Not worth the value

Had this luggage for approximately a year, and since day one had issues with the wheels (one of the wheels was in the air not making contact with the ground), and balance (constantly tips forward). On my last trip the handle broke so I had to carry my bag thru both airports, making it very uncomfortable and bothersome. Going back to my Samsonite and paying for quality and reliability instead of other cheaper brands. Don’t recommend this product.

While 20” may be in the title, don’t be fooled. The measurements listed exceed the airline allowance.

NOT lightweight

I was looking for lite and the description says 5.3 lbs. Wrong! It's 7.3 lbs.
