The Dress Never Arrived :(

I was so looking forward to receiving the dress, but it never arrived and I was not notified about the shipment status. I called customer service and the rep confused as to why it didn't ship. I asked him to cancel the order and he claimed he couldn't so I asked for his supervisor and she was able to credit me back. That's too bad becaused I wanted to support Macy's, but you have much to improve in supply chain and customer service management.

Not as I expected

The dress did not fit well. It seemed cheap when I got it. It had a big rhinestone rectangle pieces on each shoulder, which I didn’t know were there. Return.

I purchased this to wear for a wedding and the dress is beautiful. It's slightly fitted and comfortable to wear. The dress has no zipper, just slips over your head. I love the rhinestone detail on the shoulder and how light and fluttery the fabric is. The dress is true to size and fit without being too tight. I purchased the black color and wore with black and silver shoes. I am very happy with this purchase.
