I am so unhappy with this dress. It says its a blouson but it is so short waisted it is much to high to fit as a blouson. This dress is being returned.!

I love this dress. I need it for an afternoon wedding. Even though it has many sequins, I think it is a little less formal because it isn't full-length. In spite of the sequins it is comfortable. True to fit, size 8. I a m 5'6" 128 pounds
