It is a beautiful, well made dress except that the top ran extremely small.

A hard no

I usually take a size 10, and I could not zip up the dress so I would say that it runs a little bit small. Also, I realized instantly when I tried it on that the sequence is very painful, especially under the arms. I do not recommend this dress because it is so uncomfortable.
