terrible rug

Do not buy these rugs!! They come creased and no matter what I tried the crease is still there! I am extremely disappointed and I am a very loyal macys shopper! I wish I could rate this product a zero!!

Careful. Color Does Not Match

Bought this runner to match 2 smaller doorway carpets. Same manufacturer. Ordered all 3 in "charcoal." Colors did NOT match.

Sloppy quality chef kitchen throw rugs

The rubber backing is inconsistent and does not keep the rugs from sliding, they came folded and even washing did not take out the crease, the crease causes a tripping hazzard

Kitchen rugs

These rugs are poor quality. It says they have rubber backing and slip resistance. They are very lightweight and fold and can easily trip on them. They do not stay in place. All around terrible rugs! This does not even deserve a single star rating!

Poorly made and poor customer service

As other reviews have mentioned, this rug arrived (7 days after I ordered it) with a crease that refused to flatten. Two weeks later, I machine-washed (following manufacturer's instructions) and line-dried it. One corner had begun to unravel (see photo), and the other three are loose. The "Order Details" I had received from Macy's say, "Present the barcode with the items being returned to any Macy's store." I took the rug to Macy's (a 45-minute drive) today, 44 days after purchasing it, and was first told that I couldn't return it because the 30-day return period had passed. (Was I supposed to have washed the rug on Day 1, to see if it survived?) I was sent to another department, where I was told that I must initiate a return online, to return the rug directly to the manufacturer. But the website leads me in circles, never allowing me to initiate a return. Macy's used to be a good store, with quality merchandise and good service, but I will not be shopping there again.

Sorry I bought it

This rug 20 x 30 arrived a couple of days ago. Very poorly made with one corner frayed and not finishing off at all. It’s not been on the floor and still has the label on it. I am annoyed that I will have to return it to the maker and cannot take it to a Macys store near me. I threw out the plastic bag it came as I expected better from an item Macys is selling.Now it’s a hassle.
