The first set I bought lasted 3 years, then it stopped working. The 2nd set started not to heat fully in the 3 rd year, and the 3rd one I bought had a fault from the beginning. It is time to look for a new model as there is a defect with the wiring or controls which makes this product faulty.

Oh no, this is not what we like to hear! To fix the problem you are experiencing with your mattress pad, please reset your product by completing the steps below in order. Skipping or performing steps out of order may affect the reset process.
1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection.
2. Unplug the cord from the actual bedding product itself.
3. Re-plug the cord into the bedding product, making sure the connection is secure.
4. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet. NOTE: Do not use an extension cord, power strip, or surge protector.
If the 4 steps above are not followed in order, the bedding product may not properly reset.
After following the reset, if you continue to experience a heating issue with your mattress pad, please give us a call at 1-800-892-7684 to speak with one of our bedding specialists. We're here for you 9AM - 6PM, EST, Monday through Friday.

I found that this Mattress pad takes a long time to heat up, upwards of 20 minutes. Even with the setting turned to the highest heat, I found myself desiring more heat and warmth from the pad. The Pad itself i comfortable, and fits snug around the mattress.
Best Money Ever Spent
Just bought this a week ago and is worth EVERY penny. I needed a new mattress pad anyways and with it being freezing in my bedroom, I decided to get a heated pad. Love, love, love it!! I look forward to using this all winter long.
Soothing warmth
Fits my bed perfectly, quickly preheats so I don't have to crawl into cold sheets, has all the features I want plus duo settings for perfect comfort. Love it!
Warm and Toasty
Purchased this item to replace an old unit. Put it on the bed and it fit perfectly. Turned it on and tested both controls, and it heated the bed better than I had expected.
Love my heated mattress pad
Purchased this mattress pad a few weeks ago and have been sleeping like a (good) baby ever since. Like it much better than a heated blanket. Less fuss and very even temperature. I use it on 3 or 4 and that is just enough to keep me comfortable. It fits my mattress very well and doesn't shift around.

I had tried heated blankets in the past and was not happy with them so a friend of mine suggested that I get a heated mattress pad instead. I am so glad I did! I had originally intended to buy a less expensive brand but the sales associate recommended this one and after comparing the two side by side I had to agree that this one was of much better quality. There is a lot of padding and the wires are not noticeable at all. I absolutely love it.
